What happens next?

• Your test kit is posted out to your within 2 working days.

• Please review the patient information on tab on test prep. If you have any questions of need to discuss the addition of extra markers, please do contact me to discuss this.

• Please return your sample directly to the laboratory by post/collection - details of which are in your kit.

• You will be emailed Gut Reaction’s clinic terms along with access to a preliminary health and lifestyle assessment and 3-day food & lifestyle log so I can gather information from you about your current health challenges, your goals, medical history, and put your results in context ahead of our session together.

• Your test results are sent from the laboratory to me within 3 weeks of the receipt of your sample, and as soon as I have your report, I will contact you to set-up your first appointment to review the results and make a personalised plan of action with you.

• After that, our monthly sessions are there to review progress and will combine a personalised blend of nutritional guidance and coaching so you get the information, skills, tools or support you need to move closer to your goals and unpack any challenges you experience along the way.
