Self-Nourishment Reflections with Nutritionist and Intuitive Eating Counsellor, Sarah Grant - a space to explore your needs and your relationship with food, offering soulful insights to help you weave more guilt-free nourishment and care into your everyday life.
Hand Massage with a gently guided hand massage you may discover you’ve been holding on to more than you realise. You’ll learn how to keep your hands energetically clean, release trapped energy flows, and restore whole body balance.
Yoga Nidra (guided rest) with Advanced Energy Medicine Yoga® Teacher & Energy Intuitive, Emily Perrier, to help you drop beneath the noise and access true restoration.
All held within a loving group field of compassion where you can simply be you 💚
