Refocus is ideal for those who want to address one or two key challenges in their relationship with food. Providing clarity, direction and support where it is needed most, the aim is to re-ground your approach to nourishment and make meaningful changes over a relatively short period.

Reconnect is perfect for those looking for a more in-depth process of change. My signature service, we immerse ourselves in a complete, holistic approach to eating and self-care, exploring and addressing seven core dynamics of a healthy relationship with food and body.

  • 2 consultations (up to 1 hr15 each) per month, with weekly check-ins

Realign is structured for those who know they have a longer way to go to with their health, habits and relationship with food and their body. The extended time period also allows flexibility for people with busy schedules to pace change over a period that may be more manageable.

  • A preliminary Mind.Body.Food Review to assess and prioritise your needs and a 2-hour Health Mapping Session

  • 2 consultations (up to 1hr15 each) per month during the first 4-months, then 1 per month during the subsequent 5-months, with regular check-ins in-between

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR FOOD & BODY CONFIDENCE PROGRAMME

Consider me your personal guide and coach on your journey to finding peace with food, rebuilding self-confidence and trust in your body, and reclaiming ownership of your habits.

To help support your physiological and pyscho-emotional connections with food, the integrative support I offer draws on various modalities including an evidence-based approach to eating for self-care called Intuitive Eating Counselling, Nutritional Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Holistic Health Coaching, and Body Image Healing.

In practice, this transformative, collaborative approach involves making liberating and positive shifts through:

  • Empowered learning ~ Together we look at fresh ideas about food, nutrition, body wisdom, body image, and the science behind your eating habits, and explore the best tools and practices to help you move forward. Where beneficial, you'll receive tailored nutrition recommendations aimed at restoring balance and supporting issues such as digestive discomfort, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, mood fluctuations, mental wellbeing, or metabolic health. We'll collaborate to work out how best to integrate any changes into your daily routine.

  • Empathetic reflection ~ This is your time to pause and gently explore your relationship with food and your body, and enhance your understanding of the beliefs and emotional responses that keep you stuck. With curiosity, self-compassion and without judgement, we make space for meaningful insights to emerge, paving the way for change.

  • Embodied experience ~ A key part of this work is improving your somatic awareness, building trust in your innate body wisdom, and mindfully taking action towards a more intuitive, connected approach to nourishment and self-care. Skill building includes practicing newly acquired tools and using your experiences to grow, and move forward with new habits based on self-kindness, self-trust and flexibility.

At the outset of all programmes, we hold an exploratory Mind-Body-Food Review and Health Mapping Session to discuss the challenges you’re facing, your health, food and body beliefs, aspirations, and we create a roadmap for the journey ahead according to your needs.

Each person’s journey is entirely unique and ultimately we go at your pace, but in Reconnect and Realign we aim to explore all seven of the dynamics, and in Refocus, just the one or two that are most significant to you at this time.

Together we distil the actions you want to take in-between sessions, which usually includes reflective self-enquiry, reading, and the implementation of various tools and practices.
