Gut health is now widely regarded as foundational to overall health - but a healthy relationship with food goes beyond what we put into our digestive systems. Years in clinical practice have shown me that how, when, and why we eat profoundly impact our wellbeing, self-esteem, and life satisfaction.

In our fast-paced culture flooded with conflicting dieting, wellness and nutrition information, I see too many people giving away a disproportionate amount of their energy to overwhelm and worries about food - often losing touch with what their bodies truly need, and sacrificing the joy of eating along the way.

Self-trust is the missing ingredient in most nutritional approaches. Yet if we are to navigate our eating experiences with ease and enjoyment in the long-run, we need to be well-informed and feel confident in our innate ability to meet our own needs for nourishment.

This is why I combine evidence-based methods with a holistic approach that empowers you to build a more trusting connection with your body and food. And it’s why the significance of the gut in my wellness philosophy extends beyond the extraordinary workings of the gastrointestinal system to encompass the gut as a source of ‘inner wisdom’ or intuition.

Through my work with hundreds of clients over the past decade, I’ve developed a liberating approach to transforming eating patterns and finding peace with food called The Gut Reaction Method.

My holistic framework, based on the body’s major energy centres - the seven chakras, provides an illuminating lens and roadmap through which to understand and affect positive change in the ‘Seven Core Dynamics of a Healthy Relationship with Food and Your Body’.

It is a tried and tested approach that has empowered many of my clients to trust their gut as a ‘compass’, break free from unhealthy patterns, and get on a nourishing path towards a life filled with more vitality and more freedom around food and their bodies.
