Gut Reaction works with businesses, professional services firms and public sector organisations to strengthen nutritional wellbeing and food culture in the workplace.
We support employers to move beyond surface-level wellbeing initiatives and embed approaches that genuinely support energy, focus and sustainable performance. Our work combines evidence-based nutrition with behavioural insight to help organisations create environments that make healthier habits easier - without promoting dieting or food-related pressure.
Our services range from strategic consultancy and workplace audits to workshops, leadership support and internal communications. Everything we deliver is tailored to the goals, culture and operational realities of each organisation.
Corporate wellbeing services were launched in 2015 by BANT Registered Nutritionist and Behavioural Eating Specialist Sarah Grant, in response to growing demand from businesses seeking credible, practical support around nutrition and workplace health.
Sarah and the Gut Reaction team bring over a decade of clinical and consultancy experience helping individuals and organisations reshape eating habits in sustainable, realistic ways. Their work is grounded in behavioural science, inclusion and psychological safety, recognising that food and wellbeing can be sensitive and complex topics.
Gut Reaction has worked with organisations including Blue Cross, Baxi, British Dyslexia Association, Cushman & Wakefield, Colmore BID, HM Land Registry, NatWest, Credit Suisse, Workplace Wellbeing Award (previously Thrive at Work), and the International School of Creative Arts.
Sarah has also delivered talks and workshops for Soho Farmhouse, Sweaty Betty, Mallory Court and Warwick Hospital (in collaboration with Breast Cancer Care), and has run group programmes in partnership with providers including Sleek Technique and Prittie Yoga.
