With weekly sessions and unlimited support during working hours, you will always feel supported. This is a highly personalised, open-ended service offered on a rolling monthly basis, so you can receive consistent support for as long as you need. This one-to-one programme is for you if you're ready to step away from diet culture’s rules and the exhausting loop of yo-yo dieting and weight struggles - and reclaim a more peaceful, intuitive relationship with food and your body.

Over 4-months, you'll be gently guided through my signature 7 dynamics of a healthy relationship with food and body - a structured yet deeply personal approach designed to help you reconnect with yourself. Together, we'll explore how to trust your body’s cues, make satisfying, pleasurable food choices that reflect your real needs, and lay a lasting foundation for your nourishment, wellbeing and body confidence - rooted in compassion and trust, not control.
