Food sensitivity testing is ideal for people who may suffer from delayed reactions or sensitivities to specific foods, and are experiencing mysterious or mildly uncomfortable symptoms which they suspect may be related to their daily diet. Symptoms may not always be obvious in some cases, however, increased total antigenic load related to food sensitivities has been associated with chronic inflammation and a wide range of conditions affecting virtually every part of the body and may influence weight too. 

This simple finger stick kit is an effective, fast way to identify potentially challenging foods by measuring IgG antibody levels to over 200 foods. You can do at home and the results come back within a week to ten days. 

The report highlights any problem foods as full reactions or borderline reactions and the idea is to eliminate those foods for three months to allow the immune system to reset.  During that time you can expect to feel the benefits and then you can introduce the foods in your diet to see if you are still reacting to them and decide if you want to keep them out of your diet on a longer term basis. 

Everyone is unique so it's possible that no foods present as problematic, or a lot. Also bear in mind that food sensitivity is a measure of igG antibodies, but it may possible any symptoms you're experiencing are presenting as the result of other imbalances. What happens next?

• Your test kit is posted out to your within 3 working days.

• Please return your sample directly to the laboratory by post/collection - details of which are in your kit.

• You will be emailed Gut Reaction’s clinic terms for your completion.

• Your test results are sent from the laboratory to myself, your practitioner, within 10 days of the receipt of your sample, and as soon as this is received, I will contact you to set-up your call, at which time you may wish to consider if you need further support on your journey to better health and a happier gut.
