The Gut Reaction Method™ is an illuminating seven part framework and personalised approach drawing on science and your intuition to affect lasting transformation in your relationships with food and your body.
The approach is informed by my training in a range of evidence-based modalities including Nutritional Therapy, Intuitive Eating Counselling, a mindfulness-based behavioural therapy called Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and the latest in body image research to take into account your physiological and emotional connections with food.
