Talking mental wellbeing with Sweaty Betty
The interconnectivity between physical health, exercise, nutrition and mental wellbeing was a great topic to be invited to talk about at Sweaty Betty’s Wellness Wednesday event in Windsor.
My aim was to give Sweaty Betty fans a grounding in the relationship between our guts and our brain health and mental wellbeing, as well as provide plenty of inspiration and practical guidance around things they can do to help nurture the brain-body bond, help prevent seemingly brain-related problems, and uplift their spirits too.
